Placing Your Order
You can place an order by:
- Selecting a template you like directly through our website and making full payment online.
- Requesting a call or using our email form for bespoke designs.
For bespoke pages or special customisation beyond our standard templates, a deposit is required before design work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made securely via our website when selecting a template.
For bespoke orders, we require a deposit before design begins and full payment before printing.
A digital proof (PDF) will be sent to you for approval before printing. It is your responsibility to review all details carefully.
Full payment must be received before your order is printed and dispatched.
Processing Times
Orders typically take up to three working days to process after you give final proof approval.
This timeframe excludes delivery time. For example, if you approve your proof on Monday, printing will normally be completed by Thursday, plus delivery days.
Urgent requests may be possible — please contact us to discuss.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
As all Dove & Lilly products are custom‑made to order, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns once printing has started.
If you cancel your order before final proof approval, we may offer a partial refund minus any design work already completed.
In the unlikely event of a printing error caused by Dove & Lilly, we will provide a corrected reprint at no additional cost.
Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless your order is faulty due to our error.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
Your Responsibility
