Our Delivery Promise

We understand how important it is for your order to arrive on time. That’s why we require your approval on the design before we start printing.

If you approve the artwork by 12pm, Monday to Friday, your order will be delivered within the following timeframes:

• Standard orders will be delivered in  1-2 working days
• Embellished orders are customised by hand and can take up to 7 working days

Approvals received after 12pm will add one working day to the delivery time.
