Order of Service Delivery
The time needed for delivery depends on your choice regarding our custom satin bows:
- Without our individually added, handmade satin bows: We will have your order ready for delivery within just 2 working days following your final artwork approval.
- With our individually added, handmade satin bows: Since we take the time to hand-craft and delicately attach each bow, please kindly allow 5–7 working days for delivery after your artwork approval. This ensures the thoughtful detail you expect.
Memorial Favour and Keepsake Delivery
For all treasured items within our Memorial Favour and Keepsake collection, you can expect delivery within 3–5 working days after you’ve given us your customisation approval.
